After collection.
If you have picked up your bouquet and it does not have any defects, we give you the option to return it within 24 hours with a 50% refund. You may pay for the delivery or bring it back to the workshop yourself.
At the time of collection.
If there is a defect upon collection, it is possible to:
- return the bouquet (the deposit is refunded),
- give us some time, we will correct the defect as soon as possible and deliver the bouquet free of charge,
- buy the bouquet and we will provide bonuses.
Before collection.
Possible options:
- if we have not yet started assembling the bouquet, we will refund your deposit,
- if you don't like the bouquet and you can't specifically describe what needs to be corrected, we will withhold the deposit,
- if you don't like the finished bouquet and you know what needs to be corrected, we will make necessary adjustments and you will receive the desired bouquet.

Delivery to the address (within the KAD):
delivery cost starts from 400 roubles
Delivery is carried out by Russian Post and CDEK. The cost of delivery is made up of the shipping cost of the selected delivery company and the packaging (+200 roubles).
All orders are insured and marked with "fragile" stickers.
On average, it takes 1-3 days to assemble a copy of a bouquet, if the materials are in stock. For custom orders and some specific bouquets, the timeframe is longer and is discussed individually. Some bouquets are assembled day-to-day.
